Today is the last day of the National Cherry Blossom Festival. The festival which started on March 20 has come to an end. Big crowds could be seen everywhere in the National Mall area this weekend. Not all hope is lost, there are a few activities left to participle in.
The National Cherry Blossom Greenscape Corridor Bike Ride is on April 18. The 11-mile bike ride will do through downtown D.C. Explore D.C. landmarks and go through Arlington National Cemetery, the National Mall, and the U.S. National Arboretum. The ride starts at 11:30 a.m. at Bicycle -SPACE, 440 K Street, NW Washington D.C.
The 42nd Capital Classic will be held on the 24th of this month. The high school all-star game showcases the best in the game. The event will happen at the DuFour Center on the campus of Catholic University, 620 Michigan Avenue N.E., Washington, D.C. at 6 p.m.
